Duration: 60 minutes
The massage begins with the activation and pre-stimulation of the lymph nodes, an essential step to prepare the body and stimulate lymph circulation.
Then comes body brushing, the oldest natural detoxification method, which activates the lymphatic system and blood circulation, while delicately exfoliating the skin, leaving it smooth and receptive to treatment.
After this step, we move on to the manual anti-cellulite massage, in which essential oils with a detoxifying and revitalizing role are applied. The oils are applied under warm steam, to open the pores and allow the deep absorption of the active principles, thus intensifying the effects on the skin and circulation.
Next comes maderotherapy, a technique that uses beech wood instruments, designed to dislodge fat deposits and stimulate local metabolism.
Finally, the treatment ends with a manual lymphatic drainage, which aims to guide the dislocated fat and toxins to the lymph nodes, supporting the natural detoxification process and reducing water retention. This procedure is much more effective than classic massage or traditional body shaping, as it acts deeply on the lymphatic system, combining the mechanical effect of maderotherapy with the therapeutic effect of oils and heat.
It is ideal for people who experience water retention, cellulite and who want natural, healthy and effective body remodeling.
